I want to share my story here because I know how it feels to struggle and feel lost.
A few years ago, I was in a really dark place, battling depression. Every day felt like an uphill climb, and even getting out of bed was overwhelming.
Things took a turn when my mother moved in with me and my family. At first, I thought it would be comforting, but it quickly turned into a challenge. Living together brought all my old traumas to the surface. I felt trapped, as if I was in a prison I couldn’t escape. It forced me to confront emotions I had buried for so long. Realizing I couldn’t run from my past anymore, I knew I had to do something.
I started to focus on my mental health and worked through my traumas. I started study psychology and nlp, learned coping strategies, and began to understand how my experiences shaped me. Slowly, I learned to set boundaries. I discovered how to protect my mental space so that my mother’s presence wouldn’t affect me as deeply. It was tough, but every step I took brought me closer to healing.
Today, I want to share what I’ve learned. I know how hard it can be to face your pain, but you don’t have to do it alone. If you’re struggling, I’m here to help you find your path to healing. Together, we can work towards a brighter future. You’re not alone in this journey.
